Great location so close to the train station and between 2 subways stations! Service ok, cleanliness ok but could be improved (I can tell that it was clean but not deep on the table, and the soap/shampoo dispenser was kind of broken so it spread all around bathtub)

Perfecte plek in het centrum van Antwerpen, op steenworp afstand van het centraal station, maar met de auto is het ook goed te doen, je kan onder het hotel parkeren, echt top, de bar in het hotel is goed en vooral in het weekend gezellig, maar het meubilair is wel aan vervanging toe, erg versleten voor een 4 sterren hotel, wel een heerlijke kamer met alles erop en eraan, hele fijne douche en en echt goed bed, voor een city訂房網站 naar Antwerpen is dit echt een aanrader als hotel in het centrum.

Het hotel is prachtig en niks op aan te merken maar ik ben erg onvriendelijk geholpen aan de receptie. Bij aankomst maar ook tijdens het uitchecken. Geen woorden voor dit onvriendelijke en ongeduldige gedrag van de dames achter de balie. Die verdienen absoluut geen vier sterren ! Heel jammer want zal de volgende x niet meer kiezen voor dit soort verblijf.
